- Please note: we currently do not accept international orders and only ship within Australia
- By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Australian domestic Express:
1-3 Business days
Australian domestic standard:
3-7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier, and/or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
- Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.

Returns Policy
Please email hello@boastore.com.au to organise your return.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the package delivery date and return costs shall be at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked method of postage.

- Please include a note with your email address and order number so that we can process your return more efficiently.
- We accept returns for any reason – sizing, colour, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. All items must be returned in retail quality – unwashed and unworn.
- Items purchased at full price can be returned for a refund.
- Art, reduced, sale and/or clearance items are non refundable and sale is final.
- If items are damaged or faulty, they may be returned for a repair, refund, or exchange, at our discretion.
- Please allow 48 hours from when your return arrives at our facility to process your return.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. This varies depending on the payment method used to purchase.
- A partial return from a bundle deal for a refund will remove the original discount and the full price of the kept item(s) will be applied, with the final refund amount adjusted to match that.
- We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email hello@boastore.com.au if you believe your product/s is damaged or faulty.
- Boa reserves the right to decline a return if it is outside of the returns window (14 days after delivery), or if the item is not in its original condition.
- If a return is declined (or does not meet our returns policy) the product/s will be automatically returned to the address of the original order. The sender will then be charged another returned shipping fee.
